The theme behind this meetup is "Idea Factory". Each founder will have 2 minutes to present their startup/idea and what they need help with. For example, they may want marketing ideas, growth ideas, monetization ideas etc.

After they present, for 3 minutes everyone will write down as many ideas as possible for the startup in the area that they need help with. The focus is not on quality per se but on quantity. The idea behind this is that just by generating ideas, there should be a few good ones that come out of the many ideas that we brainstorm. Ideally, within 3 minutes, you should come up with at least 30 suggestions for the startup so they can review it later. You will also pick your favorite idea that you come up with and share it with the group.

We will go around and repeat this with everyone. At the end of the session, every founder should walk away with at least 300 ideas for their startup (30 ideas x 10 attendees). This will also give you a good place to practice sharing/pitching your startup in 2 minutes in a welcoming environment.
